half time power from the moon
One could of course build 2 solar collectors on either side of the moon
with a land line or other transmission relay between them.  And only have the
Earth transmission facilities on the station which always faces the Earth.
If we are talking about accurately sending power from the Moon to the
earth a short hop arround the moon shouldn't be any problem.
Actually it shouldn't be any worse than getting power from James Bay
to New York.
