new newsgroup proposal--net.datapac
I propose creating a new newsgroup for those in Canada who are concerned
with protocols, user interfaces, etc., for developing a Canada-wide
mail and file transport system, for Canadian academic institutions, based
on using the datapac x.25 psn.  (For the time being, UUCP net is the nearest
we have for wide communication in Canada.)  Anyone interested please
