Good Chinese cook book
I've been cooking Chinese food for many years, and this past
summer I discovered an excellent cook book:

Madame Wong's
Long-Life Chinese Cookbook
by S. T. Ting Wong with Sylvia Schulman
Contemporary Books, Inc.
180 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60601

Apparently Madame Wong taught (or still teaches) chinese
cooking at UCLA Extension.  The book is very thorough about
utensils, ingredients, and recipes, and the book covers many
regions of Chinese food.

I won't reproduce any recipes from the book, as I feel this
is an infringement on the copyright.  I do strongly recommend
the book.
