Butter and Sour Cream
Although sour cream should obviously be encouraged, notice that 
comparing calories on a volume as opposed to a serving basis may lead
to overly optimistic results for the sour cream lovers.  I note that
those who use sour cream on baked potatoes (dare I say) invariably use
more cream than the butter users use butter.  So the calorie balance is
not so much tipped towards sour cream.
