What is cole slaw dressing?
One of the pleasures of the East Coast (there are few enough, so I relish
the ones there are) is that restaurants serve fresh, tangy, tasty
cole slaw.  Most of the time, the quality comes from a combination of two
features: 1, they serve so much that the ingredients are fresh and 2,
they know how to make a good cole slaw dressing.  I would like to know
how to make those great dressings; I have looked in cookbooks and haven't
found any ever.  Maybe my mother just didn't bring me up right, but
you all could help rectify the situation.  Please send (and possibly
post) your favorite dressing recipe.
