Re: C Compiler Documentation
Two sets of documentation may be useful to you.  "The C Programming Language --
Reference Manual", by Dennis Ritchie, is an excerpt from K&R's book, updated
to Sept 1980, and includes several things not in the original.  B.R.Rowland
has written "Recent Changes to C", which covers about the same content.
Bjarne Stroustrup has written several papers, including "Extensions of the C
Language Type Concept" (excellent paper), and "A Set of C Classes for Co-Routine
Style Programming".  Rowland's address is "Bell Labs IW-1A408, 1100 East Naper-
ville Rd., Naperville, IL 60566".  The other two are at "Bell Labs, 600 Mountain
Ave, Murray Hill NJ 07974".  Ritchie's office is 2C517, Stroustrup's is 2C324.
