pacman on 2.8bsd
I tried putting up Mark's pacman sources on our 11/44 (under
2.8bsd), after first installing the Cornell fast timer driver. The
timer seems to work ok, but pacman gets hung--I think somewhere
in the poll() (util.c). In any event, the FIONREAD ioctl never
indicates anything to read.

Has anyone else running 2.8bsd had any better luck? Any likely
differences from 4.1 which might be responsible?
