szechuan recipes
Three cheers for the Kung Pao Chicken recipe.  This is one
of my favorites at a local Chinese resturant which specializes
in Szechuan food.  Does anyone know of a cookbook of Szechuan
recipes?  I have searched many a Chinese cookbook for these and
have rarely found a reference.
