arpa-bboard?
This group seems to be very sporadic, but my Arpanet friends say that
there is fairly constant flow of articles on it.  Is the Usenet-Arpanet
connection for it broken most of the time, accounting for the irregular
flow, or is it just that there are very few articles on the group and
they come in clusters?
