all these letters and many other times around the net i have seen
'chain letters'. i.e:  formulate an idea, send out 300 ASCII characters
to your closest system. within 10 days, you receive 300,000 ASCII characters
in the uucpmail and you subject many other people to 300,000 ASCII chars
in net.misc
