Preview: Peking Duck
I'm in the process of putting together my Peking Duck recipe (different
parts of it come from different sources, including my mother), and want
to know what the interest level is for it on the net. It takes a few days
to prepare, but I haven't found it to be too much work (on the other hand,
I have friends who can't understand how I can put that much time into
cooking it or anything else).
