Preview II: Peking Duck
The recipe is still not complete, but I thought I'd give a little bit more of
a preview: for one thing, my recipe does NOT involve hanging the duck for any
period of time, or blowing on it with a fan, or anything like that. I will
include everything necessary for preparing the duck, the sauce, and the
pancakes, as well as how to serve it. I would certainly be anxious to benefit
from the experiences anyone might have had in making this dish.
