Jiffy Pots de Creme
Don't be deceived by the simplicity of this dessert recipie;
the results are truly elegant and tasty.

		Jiffy Pots de Creme

3/4 cup milk
1 cup (6 ozs.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla or rum
pinch of salt

Heat milk just to boiling point.  Place all other ingredients in the container
of a blender and add the hot milk.  Blend at low speed one minute.
Stir with a spatula to remove bubbles.
Pour into five small dessert glasses and chill several hours.
