Duplicate articles
Most of the news here at houxt gets here via ihnss!houxi!houxt.  Today we
got a batch of old (Feb 6,7) messages along the path:

Did somebody just set up a new news-link to rabbit or mitccc, or will
two-week lags become a way of life?  This affects the amount of time
a news article gets stored, before dying as "old news".   Thanks
