nroff/troff table-of-contents macros wanted
I'm looking for nroff/troff macros, compatible with the MS macros,
which implement an automatic table-of-contents feature.  Instead of
 .SH, it would allow something else and would keep track of page
numbers and chapter titles and generate a table-of-contents as a page
at the beginning or end of the document.  I don't see anything like
this in the MS macros.  Does anyone have such a beast?
