vc head/trail change
Running a new unix with a minor change to the Versatec header and
trailer bands:  formerly each was 4 raster lines of black.  Now the
innermost line of each is white, so the header/trailer band is
separated (slightly) from output even if the program producing the
output didn't think to provide a margin of its own.  Yes, this is
a pretty trivial change.
