High Speed Library Routines
	UTCS (University of Toronto Computer Services) has a library of
special Zoology functions to be used on their high-speed machines.  (These
are the ones used with machines that read in program cards beginning
with a $ACCT card.)  The on line data set is on an expired account, and I need
to know whether todelete this set, or to reactivate the account, or move it 
to another account.  Unfortunately, I cant find ANYONE who has ever used or
wanted any such library.  If this means that it was used when Joe Student did
his Masters in 1972,  I probably should delete the stuff.  I have  this
sick feeling that ten minutes after i do so, however, I will be told that
the entire class of ZOO4XX is using the routines now, and needs to
have them reinstated.    
	If anybody is using these library functions, or is intending to
do so in the future, please let me know before i give them permission to
delete them.
