plot -Tvc bug fix
Fixed a bug I inadvertently introduced during the conversion of the
Versatec plotting filter to 100-ppi:  the point primitive really is
intended to produce something larger than one raster dot.  The original
filter produced a 2x2 square;  the bug fix restores this behavior.
(Elsewhere such code WAS inappropriate to 100-ppi plotting, which is
what misled me.)
