SCCS misfeature
SCCS, get in particular, has an annoying "feature" in it:  when you get
something that you haven't worked on in over a year, the stupid thing
announces "Clock may be set wrong! (co11)".  This has got to take the
prize for the stupidest error message of the century.

(Maybe I should have posted this to net.bugs.pwb, but I figured there
wasn't enough demand to justify creating a new subgroup.)
