Micros and netnews
	Not only is it unlikely that most micro owners will be unable
to support the news with disk space, and/or long distance charges, but
most centres, including this one, charge users for system usage.  An
outside micro is likely to be charged commercial rates for connect, i/o,
cpu, etc, etc.  Not by us, on this system, because we have an educational
UNIX (tm) licence.  However, billing is done to legitimate academic users.
