readnews should be more robust
	It is too easy to get out of readnews by accidently hitting delete
or break on this terminal (an Ann Arbor Ambassador).  How about changing
the program to ask a quistion like "Quit.  Do you really want to quit?".
At which point another break, rub-out or affirmative reply would act as
if one had typed 'q'.
