a. i/o connector pin names can be defined using macros.  Incidentally
   this technique can also be used for ordinary chips instead of .tp

b. The board program has been changed substantially since it was
   originally distributed.  [It nearly wasn't distributed but on balance
   it seemed better to send it out.]  If you would like a new copy
   send me a note.

c. I have been considering setting up a UCDS meeting to discuss the
   various changes/fixes that people have made.  If you are interested
   in such a meeting please let me know.
