In inews.c, interchange the statements

	broadcast();
	savehist();

The purpose of the change is to guard against an article being received
again prior to the history file update.  This is very unlikely *unless*
you're running a B netnews system on the same machine as an A netnews system,
and the machine is lightly loaded.  Which is how I found the bug....
