shell bug
We've been having trouble with a sh -c process hanging
in the background and running up a huge sys time;
this only seems to happen when it's a uux spawned by mail.

Has anybody else seen this or, hopefully, fixed it?
This is a vanilla v7 shell running under 2.8bsd;
the problem was there before we switched to 2.8, however.
