correction to news distribution
The file "howto.ms" will contain two line beginning ">From".  The
netnews system will insert the >.  Once you get the directory unpacked,
you should edit the file and remove the >'s.  (If you get howto.mm,
you should edit that, too.)

I don't know how well the distribution will make it through the network.
I got two berknet error messages from ucb-c70 indicating a fork failure,
so the arpanet will probably be missing at least two files.  (I don't
know which two or I'd resend them.)  Anyone who is missing part of the
distribution please let me know.
