working PALASM source?

The National Databook for PALs has a Fortran program PALASM
for assembling the logic equations into blasting instructions.
A friend wants to use this, but found a bug in line 2 of the
code.  Rather than waste his time finding the other errors
(is there ever just 1?) we are looking for a machine readable
copy of the program.  If anyone has a copy that works could
they "network mail" it to me (it is about 5 pages of Fortran).
