A Marinade ...
Well, I've taken from  this newsgroup a couple of times already,
(Queen of Sheba and Gespacho (sp.) head the list), and I thought
it was time I tried to pass one of my own on .....

     THEBESTMARINADEFORCHUCKSTEAKIEVERHAD:

     3/4 cup    Cooking sherry
     1/4 cup    Soy sauce
     1+         Garlic Clove  (Minced - we use that "Great Garlic"...)
     1/4 tsp.   Ginger                  
     2   Tbsp.  Cooking oil
     

Mix together.  Place steak (any kind) in marinade for 1 day.
Decide you'd like to eat out instead and leave steak for an
extra day.  (i.e., marinate for 2 days ... one day just
won't be enough.)

Cook and eat.
