Develcon Software Update

I recently commented on the new version of Dataswitch software which is
supposed to fix some bugs in version 3.2/1.  The latest word from Saskatoon
is that the new version will be finished by 3/19, and shipping will begin
3/22.  The new version not only fixes some bugs, but also adds the feature
of allowing you to specify whether DTR has to drop on a port before another
connection may be made to that service.  There may be some other features,
but it seems that most of the work is going into version 4.
