As more rain hits Rogers Dry Lake, officials are becoming
hard pressed for a decision on STS-3.  One official said
that the launch date is firm and White Sands would be use
if Rogers was still wet.  However, a decision is not expected
until at least Thursday.  More rain fell on Rogers today, with
another storm expected in the next few days.
