Where is the APL newsgroup?

Regarding the APL news group, when is it going to start? What will its
name be?  I don't want to just start sending to net.apl, only to find
out later that the right group should have been net.lang.apl (to go
along with net.lang.lisp, net.lang.ada, etc.).  So when will it start?
I have a ton of questions and ideas I want to put out to the newsgroup
as soon as it is official.
