Terminal Security
It seems to me that terminals should have a switch that would
enable or disenable block transmission.  This could be set
either way depending on the friendliness of your system, and
depending on your needs.

I hope anyone who has contact with terminal manufacturers,
or is a purchasing agent, or participates in the establishing
of standards, will pass this suggestion along.
