I don't want to be an old fuddy-duddy, but drunk driving is NOT FUNNY.
It is a serious problem, and one that courts have been far too lenient with.
If one is involved in an accident while driving "under the influence" and
someone gets killed, the charge should be 2nd degree murder!!!.

I believe there is a Carribean country where DWI offenders are shot.  Perhaps
this is a bit extreme, but it is safe to go out on the streets on 
Saturday night.
