References bug
I noticed when I submitted a followup article with f- that
readnews submitted as part of the ``bar'':
	inews ... -F article.ID
where article.ID was that of the current article, not the
one that I was following up to.  The followup went through,
but the ``References:'' field in the spool file listed the
wrong article.  Has this or will this be fixed in future
diffs?
