To carry Jim's recent Vision-Ultron question a bit further:

1. If Ultron created the Vision from the Human Torch, who created Ultron?

2. Who created the Human Torch?

3. What other superhero did Ultron create?

4. The Vision and Ultron's other creation were given the thought-patterns
   from two other superheroes.  Which two superheroes "donated" the
   thought patterns?

Hopefully these aren't too easy.  Bonus points for question 1 will be
