a solution to net.test trash
What would happen if all (or even most) of the netnews adnministrators
changed the sys files so that !all.test was in each line.
No test messages would be forwarded and even better,
we wouldn't have to read flames about not wanting to pay for forwarding
trash from net.test.  In fact, more bandwidth is probably used talking about
net.test articles than is acutually used by the articles themselves.
On the other hand, i will probably get a mailbox full of hate mail about
censorship now.
At any rate, any support for the idea?
