	I believe that is the 'hold monster' scroll. When you 
	read it (in combat), the critter is frozen in his tracks
	and cannot follow you. Good as a 'getaway' device. I am
	not sure what happens when you hit a monster so held. 
	Some say the spell is broken, and some say you can just
	hack away with no retaliation. Can anyone clarify this??
