net.lang.apl vs. net.lisp

    Is there or is there not a parent language newsgroup called net.lang?
If not, shouldn't net.lang.apl be net.apl?  If so, shouldn't net.lisp be
net.lang.lisp?  Sorry to be picky, but I think there should be some order
to newsgroup names....
