	As most of us are aware by now, Berkeley has decided not
to forward netnews to its arpanet neighbors, which means that our
local group has been cut off from the rest of the net.
	Fortunatly, it looks like this may be a temporary situation.
Plans are in the works to distrubute the load Berkeley was carrying,
which really was rather heavy, to a group of other sites. I dont know
how soon it will be before things start moving again, but hopefully
it will be soon.
