You say that you would prefer to avoid nuclear disaster through
strength  rather  than  by  unilteral  disarmament.   What   is
strength??  More missles??  Tough talk with Moscow?

While I don't enjoy hearing gory  descriptions,  they  help  to
make  a  very important and largely ignored point:  there is no
such thing as nuclear superiority.
