Your message is very uninformed.  I suggeet that you read some of the
basic literature on nuclear deterrent strategy before you continue to
attempt to contribute to this discussion.  If you had a reasonable
background in this area, you would understand what RMS was talking
about.  I apologize for sounding superior and so on, but it really
is too time-consuming to have to give everyone an individial basic
lesson in what we are all talking about.
