It should be pointed out that Icon from Univ of Ariz is available for
no charge (maybe $10), while Macro-Spitbol costs several hundreds.
We have Macro-Spitbol from DISC on our 11/40 and there is no way to
save an executable file, is this still true for Macro-Spitbol?

If anyone has done any performance evaluations on Icon 3 against Macro-
Spitbol, I would be interested in seeing the results.
