illiterate printer users
There is convincing evidence that some people using the printer in 336
cannot read.  Despite the curious fact that they are printing things
presumably intended to be read, they are unable to read the "DO NOT TOUCH"
label on the red button on the printer.  In order that these poor
illiterates will no longer have to strain their brains on the difficult
task of trying to read this label, the red button has been removed.
Should it be wanted for maintenance or some such, it has been stored down
inside the printer case.  At some point a better fix should be devised for
this, such as cutting the appropriate wire.
