test tape
A magtape has been allocated specifically for use in magtape testing,
so the tape fixer does not have to scrounge a possibly-bad tape.  Its
name is TEST, it is (for the moment) hung on the tape-ring hanger.  It
is known good (it was one of our backup tapes until just now, and came
straight out of the box a couple of months ago).
