Winds at White Sands Causing Problems Again
Winds were becoming a problem again at White Sands, threatening
to delay Columbia's return to KSC.  So far, workers are still
on schedule, but everything cannot be done in the wind, especially
assemblying and attaching the tail cone -- it would take off
like a sail.

Meanwhile, back on Earth, we may be setting another set-up up
(wow!) with regrads to ARPA.  The new proposal is that net.columbia
feed into the space digest but the space digest continue to feed
into net.space -- this means we will get the same undigested articles
there, but STS news will still be separate.  How bout it?
