   The NASA public affairs feed is available to all news organizations
off of which ever satellite that NASA is using to relay to Goddard and
Houston.  The NASA press public relations man did not specify whether
writtien permission is required, but he did say it was open to any 
press organization.  The STS-1 mission used Satcom 2 trans. 2.  The 
public affairs feed also gets press conferences on it as well as the
views of the shuttle launch from NASA's cameras.
