Someone here tells me that he saw a list of Arpa news groups which contained
an entry "INFO-EMPIRE".  Huh?  Does anyone know anything about this?
Is this THE Empire?  (i.e. my Empire?)  Am I about to be rich and famous?
Or is this some shoddy, imitation empire?  Don't keep me in suspense...
