Roman numerals
Some users trying to generate Roman numerals in their theses have been
having problems.  The correct procedure is as follows:

	.AF % i
	.NN
	.TC "- % -

To turn off the Roman numerals:

	.PN N         (where N indicates the page number you want to begin
                      generating)
	.TC "- N -    (where this `N' agrees with the `N' in `.PN N')
