Request for self-replicating reference
I remember seeing a wonderful recreation column in Quote Quad quite a
while back, and am trying to find it again.  It was about
self-replicating APL expressions.  I don't remember the exact
definition they gave, but the basic idea is that one concocts a
character vector which when given as an argument to execute reproduces
itself.  Other variants discussed in the article include expressions
which replicate themselves and then a finite or infinite (I think)
vector of duplicates of a tail of the expression.

I'm pretty sure that the issue I'm looking for is more than four years
ld; I looked through the back issues of Quote Quad that our library
, and couldn't find it.  Any leads would be appreciated.  Thanks in
