New class of newsgroups 'ont.' with three subgroups
A new class of newsgroups has sprung up.  These newsgroups all start with
'ont.' and are distributed throughout the UNIX sites in the province, which
means all the Waterloo sites, plus Toronto sites hcr (Human Computing
Resources Corp PDP-11), utzoo (U of Toronto Zoology dept. PDP-11) and
utcsrgv (U of Toronto Computer Systems Research Group VAX).   hcr and
watmath handle the link between Toronto and Waterloo with the help of the
hcr autodialer.  Groups so far are:

ont.general	- news of general interest.
ont.events	- news announcing events of interest to the CS community in
		  the area.  This includes CS department seminars, talks and
		  cultural events.
ont.jobs	- experimental 'help wanted' board like the 'explain employment'
		  help wanted board on the MFCF Honeywell.
