Who is monitoring the net.bugs groups ?
	I would like to know if the people who maintain various
pieces of software (especially BTL UNIX, UUCP) are monitoring
the groups under net.bugs.  If not, maybe each person who submits
a report of a new (or possible) bug to these groups should also
submit a UNIX trouble report, or should otherwise notify someone
who can fix the bug in the official releases.
